Proof of Age Requirements
All U7 and up players must show Proof of Age at registration or prior to the first game played. Once proof of age has been shown, the player will be permanently entered into the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association database, and will not be asked to show proof of age again.
For the most part, Proof of Age documents will be collected by the player's coach. They may also be mailed to:

Any document containing a social security number, the SSN may be blacked out.
Acceptable documents establishing a player’s date of birth consist of a
- birth certificate,
- a Uniformed Services Identification and Privilege Card issued by the uniformed services of the United States,
- a birth registration issued by an appropriate government agency, board of health records,
- a passport,
- an alien registration card issued by the United States Government,
- a Certificate issued by the Immigration and Naturalization Service attesting to age,
- a current driver’s license,
- an unexpired federal, state, or local government identification card, or a
- certification of a United States citizen born abroad issued by the appropriate government agency.
- Hospital, baptismal or religious certificates will NOT be accepted.
